If for some reason that a product is damaged, defective, or not up to industry standards we will offer a refund or a credit for our online store within 25 days of purchase. All tracking info and packing must be delivered back to us in original form.

The easiest way for a customer to get in touch with us will be at newageflyfish@gmail.com and for any other reason this is the email that we will respond to the quickest.

Any orders that are canceled have to be canceled before we ship the package or fees pertaining to shipping will occur.
